Core X Fitness is a dedicated fitness studio in Downey, CA. We have managed to put together an effective and popular training method to create an experience for everyone of all abilities to enhance and educate themselves to become functionally fit for Life. Our objective is to offer a variety of group and personal training sessions that will challenge you both physically and mentally. Our aspiration is to inspire you to take your fitness goals to a level you never though possible, to be proud of who you were when you started your fitness journey and to realize that there are no limits to your potential. We have spent 10 years learning about what works and what doesn't work in terms of getting people fit, and perhaps more importantly, we have learned what works in order to keep people motivated and injury-free so they can stay for life.

BACK & ARMS

WE WILL BE INCORPORATING A COMBINATION OF BACK & ARM EXERCISES WHICH WILL HELP IMPROVE YOUR OVERALL UPPER BODY STRENGTH!

TUESDAY 

LEGS & GLUTES

WE’RE INCORPORATING DIFFERENT VARIATIONS OF LEG EXERCISES. THIS WORKOUT WILL HELP BUILD YOUR LOWER BODY STRENGTH WHICH WILL IMPROVE ALL OTHER CORE X WORKOUTS!


WEDNESDAY 

UPPER BODY HIIT & ABS

GET READY TO FLEX THOSE MUSCLES WITH THIS ALL OUT UPPER BODY WORKOUT! WE WILL BE TARGETING YOUR BIG MUSCLE GROUPS (CHEST & BACK) AND SUPER SETTING WITH YOUR SMALL MUSCLE GROUPS (BI’S & TR’S)! ALONG WITH HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO & ABS TO HELP TIGHTEN UP THOSE ABS & BURN FAT!


THURSDAY 

 QUADS & HAMSTRINGS

WE’RE INCORPORATING DIFFERENT VARIATIONS OF LEG EXERCISES. THIS WORKOUT WILL HELP BUILD YOUR LOWER BODY STRENGTH WHICH WILL IMPROVE ALL OTHER CORE X WORKOUTS!



FRIDAY 

ARMS & ABS

WE’RE GOING TO MIX IT UP WITH HITTING THOSE BICEPS AND TRICEPS ALONG WITH A VARIETY OF ABS EXERCISES TO HELP STRENGTHEN YOUR CORE!



SATURDAY 

TOTAL BODY HIIT

GET READY TO BURN ALL DAY! WITH THE RIGHT INTENSITY, THIS WORKOUT WILL BURN CALORIES ALL DAY TO RECOVER OXYGEN LOST DURING YOUR WORKOUT! IF YOU WORKOUT WITH A CORE X MY-ZONE BELT, MAKE SURE TO STAY IN THE YELLOW ZONE DURING THIS WORKOUT FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS!
