LOWER BODY

WE’RE INCORPORATING DIFFERENT VARIATIONS OF LEG EXERCISES. THIS WORKOUT WILL HELP BUILD YOUR LOWER BODY STRENGTH WHICH WILL IMPROVE ALL OTHER CORE X WORKOUTS!


WEDNESDAY 

UPPER BODY HIIT

GET READY TO FLEX THOSE MUSCLES WITH THIS ALL OUT UPPER BODY WORKOUT! WE WILL BE TARGETING YOUR BIG MUSCLE GROUPS (CHEST & BACK) AND SUPER SETTING WITH YOUR SMALL MUSCLE GROUPS (BI’S & TR’S)! ALONG WITH HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO TO HELP TIGHTEN UP & BURN FAT!

THURSDAY 

SQUAT PARTY

GET READY FOR THIS SQUAT PARTY! WE’RE INCORPORATING DIFFERENT VARIATIONS OF LEG EXERCISES. THIS WORKOUT WILL HELP TIGHTEN UP THOSE GLUTES!

FRIDAY 

CARDIO & ABS

WE’RE INCORPORATING DIFFERENT VARIATIONS OF CARDIO EXERCISES. THIS WORKOUT WILL HELP TIGHTEN UP THOSE ABS & BURN FAT!

SATURDAY 

TOTAL BODY HIIT

GET READY TO BURN ALL DAY! WITH THE RIGHT INTENSITY, THIS WORKOUT WILL BURN CALORIES ALL DAY TO RECOVER OXYGEN LOST DURING YOUR WORKOUT! IF YOU WORKOUT WITH A CORE X MY-ZONE BELT, MAKE SURE TO STAY IN THE YELLOW ZONE DURING THIS WORKOUT FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS!
