MONDAY 

LEG DAY

We’re incorporating different variations of leg exercises. This workout will help build your lower body strength which will improve all other Core X workouts!

TUESDAY 

UPPER BODY PUMP & ABS

We’re gonna mix it up with chest, back, & shoulders…and end with an all out abs routine! 


WEDNESDAY 

GLUTES & HAMSTRINGS 

This low impact workout will help tone up those glutes & hamstrings which will help improve your lower body strength! It’s a slow burn you won’t want to miss!

THURSDAY 

 UPPER BODY PUMP

Get ready to flex those muscle with this all out upper body workout! We will be targeting your big muscle groups (Chest & Back) and super setting with your small muscle groups (Bi's & Tri's)!


FRIDAY 

HIIT & ABS 

This workout will include a combination or core exercise along with high intensity cardio to help tighten up those abs & burn fat! 


SATURDAY 

TOTAL BODY 

We will be super setting compound movements that will target upper and lower body muscle groups!
