Eric Mendoza

Specialty: Speed Training, Strength and Conditioning, Endurance Running, Sports Specific

Eric Mendoza is a Fitness Director from Los Angeles area. With experience in various sub fields in fitness including Strength and Conditioning, Speed Training, Endurance Training, Cross Training, Machine Training, TRX, Outdoor Bootcamp, Weight loss, Meal Prep and Nutrition, Supplement and recovery to name a few. Eric is also Co-Owner of Core X Fitness. Stared out at a big box gym and later formed Anywhere Fitness Bootcamp with David Fimbres and eventually converting to what is now Core X Fitness.

David Fimbres

Co-Owner, Personal Trainer/Group Instructor

Age: 29 Experience: 8 years

Certification: NASM, AAAI, CPR

Specialty: Body Sculpting, Strength and Conditioning, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

David Fimbres has been working in the field as a personal trainer for the past eight years. He has a firm understanding of the anatomy, the physiology of the body, and what it needs to achieve his clients' goals. His focus is to provide the highest quality of individual and group training services. With his persistent drive to achieve success, he designs personalized workouts pertaining to his client's needs. He has a broad background in athletics and drives to incorporate techniques such as circuit training, plyometrics, improving flexibility, joint stability, along with the proper nutrition needed for achieving long and short term fitness goals. David believes he is only as good as his clients' results. He keeps his clients motivated and accountable at all times, and takes as much pride into his client's goals as they would for themselves.

Jessica Frontela

Personal Trainer/Group Instructor

Age: 30 Experience: 6 years

Certification: NASM, Nesta

Specialty: Women's Health & Fitness, PreNatal & Postpartum, Pilates, strength training, Injury prevention (Mobility & Flexibility)

Philosophy: You cannot describe putting your health and well-being first as selfish. If you're not strong inside out, you cannot be strong for anyone else.

Melory Ramirez

Jorge Gonzalez

Personal Trainer/Group Instructor

Age: 23 Experience: 4 years

Certification: Life guard, CPR, NASM in progress

Specialty: sports training for water polo, swimming, volleyball. As well as Strength training to help burn fat and sculpt muscle/body.

Philosophy: For me, Fitness is not just about hitting the gym; it is also about an inner happiness and an overall well-being not just for me but for everyone.
